Diogo Alexandre - brand in progress

Designing stories that leave a mark.

Multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of storytelling, brand systems, and analog craft. I move between tools and mediums to build work that feels clear, deliberate, and built to stay.

Website v0.1
This is an early public version of my site. A longer narrative timeline and full case studies are in progress.
In the meantime, a broader selection of projects is available on Behance.

Story-led, structure-obsessed

I use design to build stories that hold together visually, conceptually, and structurally. With a background in architecture and design, I approach projects through systems, hierarchy, and clear logic, focusing on how parts relate and how meaning is constructed over time.

My work moves across identity, editorial, and digital environments, often sitting between strategy and execution. I’m particularly interested in projects where narrative and structure shape the final outcome.

This section will expand over time with a longer timeline and deeper context. Further material and detailed project documentation can be shared upon request.

This selection brings together projects that best represent how I think and work today, across different contexts and moments. It prioritises authorship, structure, and clarity of intent over recency.

A system in progress

This website is part of an ongoing personal brand system developed to support my practice over time. Rather than a fixed identity, it is designed as a flexible structure that can adapt to different contexts, scales, and types of work.

The system focuses on clarity, hierarchy, and narrative logic, shaping how projects are presented, how information is organised, and how different outputs relate to one another.

DAA Brand Book Brand system · print-first

A print-first document that defines the foundations of my personal brand system. It establishes the underlying structure behind the site and the work, including typography, layout principles, narrative logic, and usage rules across media.

The document is ongoing and not yet finalised.

Let’s talk

I’m interested in projects and collaborations that value conceptual thinking, clear structure, and intentional design decisions. This includes work where ideas, systems, and narrative play an active role in shaping the outcome.

If you’re looking to discuss a project, a potential collaboration, or to request further material or documentation, feel free to get in touch.
